Do you know people in the takeaway and restaurant trade? Or do you know how to find them? Either way, we want to hear from you.

Independent takeaways form the backbone of communities across the UK. They feed people, provide jobs, and give our towns and cities their character. And for too long, they have been handed a rough deal. Rising costs, squeezed margins, and portals charging up to 36% plus VAT on every single order. TGA exists to change that. We combine local search technology, 0% commission direct ordering, and dedicated growth management into one end-to-end platform built specifically for independent operators. The tools, strategy, and infrastructure that the big players take for granted are now within reach for every independent takeaway in the country.

Your Mission: Get our product in front of the people who need it most.

Your Role:

  • Introduce takeaway and restaurant owners to TGA, whether through your existing network or by getting out into your local area.
  • Show them what they are currently losing to the portals and what they could be making instead.
  • Refer sign ups to our team and we handle the rest, including onboarding, training, and account management.
  • Build a growing book of referred clients and earn residual commission on every one.

The problem already exists. You are just showing people the solution.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • We are particularly keen to hear from people who already have relationships in the hospitality or food service industry. If you know takeaway owners personally or professionally, you have a head start.
  • But we also want to hear from driven field sellers who may not have that network yet. If you are confident, consistent, and know how to start conversations with business owners, the opportunity is the same.
  • What matters most is that you are motivated, self-sufficient, and believe in what you are selling.

What We Are Looking For:

  • An existing network in the hospitality or food service industry, or proven experience in field sales.
  • Comfortable having direct conversations with business owners.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with no need to be micromanaged.
  • Consistent and resilient, understanding that high activity leads to high reward.
  • Access to a car and a valid UK driving licence.

What You Will Get:

  • Uncapped commission with no ceiling on your earnings.
  • OTE of £30,000 to £80,000+ with top performers earning £100,000 and above.
  • Residual monthly income that grows as your client base grows.
  • A product that genuinely helps the businesses you refer.
  • Full support from our team once a lead is passed over, you focus on the relationships.
  • Equity potential as the business scales.
  • The freedom to work around your existing commitments.

This Role Is Not For You If:

  • You do not have an existing hospitality network and are not comfortable approaching businesses cold.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed base salary.
  • You are not comfortable having direct conversations with business owners.
