As part of a wider push to modernise systems and improve access to learning, they are investing in their learning platform and data capabilities.RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing learning platform at a high-profile national organisation. You’ll use your learning systems expertise to lead the optimisation of their LMS/LXP, collaborating with learning designers, data teams, and stakeholders to improve usability, reporting, and learner engagement. From refining compliance journeys and notifications to developing dashboards and supporting system adoption, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of learning across a diverse and distributed workforce.Skillset required:High-level Design Skills: Understand the whole early stages ID process and provide the design needed.Learning System Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and optimising Learning Management Systems or LXPs (e.g. Stream, Learning Pool, Cornerstone), including user support, compliance, and reporting functionality.Analytical & Insight Skills: Confident working with learning data to create meaningful reports, dashboards, and insights to inform decision-making and system improvements.Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into user-friendly system solutions.Problem-Solving & Initiative: A proactive approach to identifying system improvements and resolving challenges, with a keen eye for streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.Adaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment, balancing day-to-day support with long-term strategic goals.Reward:This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a Learning Experience Platform at an influential not-for-profit organisation.
