As the Learning Platform & Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll define how our Marketer Education platform shows up in the world. You’ll lead the brand identity and promotional strategy for Marketing Labs, ensuring our learning products and credentials are discoverable, credible, and career-defining for marketers globally.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for a creative strategist who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and go-to-market execution. You’ll collaborate across Product Marketing, Comms, Growth, and Brand to elevate our platform and drive learner activation at scale.
The Marketer Education team helps marketers grow their skills, careers, and impact—through learning that’s rigorous, relevant, and rooted in real-world outcomes. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s shaping the future of marketing education at LinkedIn and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the brand identity, tone of voice, and visual system for LinkedIn’s Marketer Education platform.
- Develop branded assets, templates, and multimedia content that bring learning experiences to life—across video, social, and in-product surfaces.
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across LinkedIn O&O channels, in-product placements, and external media.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Comms, and Growth to align messaging with LinkedIn’s go-to-market narrative and product launches.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, translating insights into strategies that improve reach, engagement, and learner activation.
- Act as the connective tissue between the Marketer Education team and LinkedIn’s brand and creative centers of excellence.
- Ensure alignment with Mosaic and other enterprise brand initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BA Degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years experience in marketing
- 5+ years experience within project management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or ad-tech environments.
- Familiarity with learning platforms, customer education, or credentialing programs.
- Ability to develop and evolve brand identity systems, including tone of voice, visual design, and storytelling across digital channels.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Ability to develop and execute brand campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
- Experience leading full-funnel marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media, with a focus on driving engagement and activation.
- Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product marketing, communications, growth, and creative teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex learning products into compelling narratives that resonate with global audiences.
- Experience managing or collaborating with creative agencies, designers, and content producers to deliver high-quality assets.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
