Join a prestigious organisation and play a key role in shaping their learning and development strategy!We’re partnering with the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) to find a dynamic Learning & Development Partner to join their People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate L&D professional to contribute to the development and growth of colleagues across the RHS, with a focus on inclusion, personal development, and leadership.As the Learning & Development Partner, you’ll be responsible for creating and delivering inclusive learning workshops and webinars, as well as facilitating team development sessions across the RHS. Your expertise will support the growth of colleagues at all levels, with a particular focus on behavioural and technical development, while ensuring a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion.You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement innovative learning initiatives, including leveraging AI technologies to support continuous development, while maintaining a balance with face-to-face training. This is a key role within the Learning & Organisational Development team, and you\’ll be at the heart of driving change across the organisation. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Deliver: Develop and deliver inclusive personal and management development workshops and webinars tailored to meet the evolving needs of RHS colleagues.Mandatory Training Oversight: Take responsibility for the management and oversight of mandatory training programmes for all employees and volunteers, including key areas such as Safeguarding, Diversity & Inclusion, and Inclusive Language.Diversity & Inclusion Leadership: Collaborate with the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Lead to raise awareness and implement inclusive practices, focusing on topics such as unconscious bias and groupthink.AI in Learning: Lead the way in integrating AI tools into learning activities, while maintaining effective face-to-face learning experiences.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the RHS to understand their learning needs and deliver personalised, impactful learning experiences.Evaluation and Reporting: Collect feedback, evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes, and provide insightful reports to drive continuous improvement.Project Management: Lead key projects such as the Aspiring Managers\’ Programme and ensure all learning sessions are effectively promoted and tracked on the Learning Management System (LMS).What We’re Looking ForEssential:Diversity & Inclusion Expertise: A deep understanding of D&I principles, and experience designing and delivering inclusive learning programmes that inspire behavioural change.L&D Experience: Proven experience in designing, coordinating, and facilitating learning activities, particularly in soft skills such as communication, team-building, and personal impact.Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of how to integrate AI into learning strategies and a willingness to innovate. Location & TravelThe role is based at RHS Wisley, with the need to work across other RHS sites as required. Travel will be required, including occasional overnight stays to deliver workshops and events on-site.
