We’re partnering with a fast-growing, mission-driven organisation that’s transforming the way professional skills are developed in the workplace. With a focus on real-world learning and data-driven capability building, they’re known for delivering high-impact, innovative programmes across leading global businesses.
As part of an upcoming programme focused on data tools and workplace readiness, they’re looking to bring on an experienced technical Learning Designer and SME to help build both live and asynchronous training content.
RolesYou’ll be supporting the design and development of practical, skills-based learning content focused on data tools and technical workflows. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll take the lead on building engaging instructor-led sessions and/or asynchronous units as a learning designer. The other role is looking for an experienced Power BI and Tableau SME to support the creation of blended and digital learning content.
Skillset required:- Instructional Design Expertise – Proven experience designing end-to-end learning experiences across formats, including live sessions and asynchronous units, with a strong grasp of learning structure, flow, and learner engagement.
- Technical Data Skills – Strong subject matter expertise in Power BI and Tableau, including loading, preparing, manipulating, and visualising data. Confident in translating technical skills into practical, job-relevant learning content.
- Strong SME with Excel and Google Sheets – Specifically cleaning, preparing, manipulating, analysing, and visualising data.
- Excel and Google Sheets Proficiency – Advanced knowledge of data handling, including cleaning, analysing, and visualising datasets. Comfortable building content that helps learners build confidence in these tools.
- Content Development Experience – Skilled in developing digital learning content using authoring tools and learning management systems, with an understanding of multimedia integration.
