This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale digital project, working with a diverse, team to deliver and design impactful learning solutions.RoleThis is a key role where you’ll be the expert, transforming complex information into straightforward, impactful learning experiences. We\’re looking for someone who is a great writer and can confidently create learning content, from film scripts to digital walk-throughs. If you have a solid background in systems training and a creative, problem-solving mindset, this is the perfect opportunity.Skillset required: Instructional Design Expertise: Extensive experience designing and developing end-to-end learning programs, with a focus on financial compliance and regulatory standards. Blended Learning Design: Extensive experience in creating blended learning solutions that combine digital and in-person elements, with a focus on systems and technical training.Content Creation: A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to write and design high-quality learning content, including scripts, digital walkthroughs, and facilitator guides. Information Synthesis: The ability to take complex, technical information and turn it into clear, simple, and engaging learning content.Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in consulting with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs), managing expectations, and confidently delivering walkthroughs and pilots.Facilitation and Delivery: Comfortable leading and facilitating workshops and pilots, with a willingness to travel for in-person delivery.Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with digital authoring tools and the creation of interactive learning experiences.RewardsThis is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your blended learning and content design expertise with a globally recognised leader.
