Role: Training Coordinator
Job Description:
- Dedicated customer service point of contact
- Event management and coordination for onsite delivery, open enrollment and virtual training enrollment
- Learning Subscription enrollment key and Named Participant access support
- Learning Subscription reporting and support
- Learning Subscription consumption management support
- Trouble ticket support associated with training services
- Serve as the interface between the customer needs/requirements/requests and broader services organization; document offering specifications and communicate necessary details to respective customers
- Collaboration with partners to disseminate information around Learning Subscription updates and create broader awareness of training availability and functionality
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional presentation skills with knowledge of virtual delivery platforms (zoom, google meets, skype, etc).
- High standard of organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent project and program management skills
Other Requirements:
- UK citizenship required
- Candidate needs to pass UK Security clearance
