Learning Coordinator

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll be right in the heart of our clean rooms, packaging lines, labs, and warehouse. Together we can make lives better.What you can expect in a Learning Coordinator role at TP: Coordinate and schedule GMP training sessions, including onboarding, refresher, and role-specific learning.Develop and maintain training curricula tailored to job roles and compliance needsAssist with the creation, review, and formatting of training materials, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning content.Manage training logistics including room bookings, materials distribution, attendance tracking, and communication.Maintain accurate and compliant training records in electronic and/or paper-based systems (e.g., LMS).Generate and analyse training compliance reports; follow up with departments to ensure timely completion.Support audits and inspections with training documentation and insightsCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to keep training content aligned with current GMP regulations and operational practices.Monitor learning effectiveness and support continuous improvement Take part in delivery of learning programmes where appropriate What are we looking for:We don’t expect someone to have everything on the list below, but we do want passion. If you have a passion for learning, are willing to roll your sleeves up and get to grip with our manufacturing and technical colleagues then we want to hear from you! Experience in a learning or training role, ideally within manufacturingA basic understanding of GMP (or willingness to learn)Strong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesCompetent user of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point) and a desire and ability to expand PC skills. Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships across all levelsAbility to always work confidentially.
