This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineering leader with experience across systems engineering, power systems, automation, controls, and multidisciplinary project delivery within rail or critical infrastructure environments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across project delivery
  • Overseeing systems engineering activities from design through commissioning
  • Managing technical delivery, project risks, budgets, and quality processes
  • Supporting testing, commissioning, and customer-facing engineering activities
  • Driving engineering excellence, compliance, and operational performance
  • Working closely with project management, supply chain, subcontractors, and customers

We're particularly interested in professionals with experience in:

  • Rail systems engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Power generation, conversion, transmission & distribution
  • PLCs, HMI systems, drives, and integrated control systems
  • LV/MV variable speed drives and motors
  • System integration on complex multidisciplinary projects
