ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a concise team of MLEs, working at the intersection of 3D, rendering, texturing, diffusion models, and visual effects
- Collaborate with founders and C-level leadership - report directly into the CTO
- Stay hands-on where needed, remaining close to the technical work
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Required: At least 3+ years experience in a leadership position
- Strong experience in ML, 3D graphics, reconstruction, rendering, NERF, BDR, segmentation etc. all applied to images
- Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams
