We connect top-tier startups and Web2 enterprises with vetted service providers in legal, accounting, marketing, and technology.Alongside the marketplace, Semoto operates a fast-growing consulting arm offering:RFQ as a Service – Streamlining vendor selection and negotiationsEnd-to-End Project Consulting – Guiding clients through complex Web3 integrationsWe’re scaling fast and need a tech-savvy consultant to supercharge our outbound and inbound sales engine.Role OverviewWe are looking for a part-time consultant to help us build and optimize a fully automated, multi-channel lead generation and outreach system. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of outreach stack integration, automation best practices, and using AI for personalization at scale.You will work directly with the CEO and BD team to implement systems that bring precision, scale, and smart automation to how we attract and convert leads.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement a multi-channel outreach framework (email, LinkedIn, X)Integrate and automate tools for:Account & domain warm-upAI-based personalization (e.g. GPT-based message crafting)Sequencing and prospect managementSet up automated nurturing flows based on engagement levels and funnel stageCollaborate with SDRs to optimize lead scoring, tracking, and conversion metricsEnsure smooth data flow between tools (e.g. Snov.io, Anther, LinkedIn, CRM)Advise on best practices for compliance (e.g. email deliverability, data handling)Required Skills & Experience3+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound automation, or growth opsProven success setting up outreach systems across multiple tools and platformsHands-on implementation skills, including scripting/integrations (Zapier, APIs, etc.)Experience with AI-powered personalization tools (GPT, Blaze, Lavender, etc.)Familiarity with tools like Snov.io, Lemlist, Phantombuster, Clay, Waalaxy, etc.Strong analytical mindset to iterate and optimize campaignsWeb3 experience preferred but not mandatoryExcellent communication and project ownershipWhat We OfferFlexible part-time structure (~10–15 hours/week)Remote-first with async collaborationCompetitive compensation based on experience and impactA chance to shape the future of a fast-growing company at the intersection of Web3 and automation🚀 If you\’re passionate about smart growth and automation, and you know how to plug the pieces together to make it all work at scale — we’d love to hear from you.Send your portfolio or past implementations to [your email] along with a short intro.
