They are investing in enterprise architecture to unlock innovation, scalability, and long-term growth — and they’re now hiring an experienced Lead Enterprise Architect to lead the charge.About the RoleAs Lead Enterprise Architect, you’ll head a three-person delivery team (Lead EA, EA, PM) to define and deliver a high-level, business-led enterprise architecture model. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to map systems, data flows, and integrations, and embed architecture into governance and decision-making.This 7-week engagement will lay the foundation for wider transformation, with potential for long-term extension.What You’ll Be Doing• Leading stakeholder workshops and translating architecture into business language• Mapping systems, data flows, and integrations across the organisation• Advising on governance and embedding architecture into planning processes• Delivering key artefacts: As-Is EA Model, Discovery Report, Governance Guidance• Influencing future transformation including system rationalisation and migrationsIdeal Background• 20+ years of enterprise architecture experience• Deep understanding of professional services operating models• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills• Legal sector experience highly desirable• TOGAF qualified (minimum); other frameworks welcome• Experience with LeanIX preferredWhat You’ll Receive• Rate: £700/day (Inside IR35)• Start Date: Within 3 weeks• Duration: 7 weeks initial (mapping phase)Who Should ApplyThis is a leadership role for seasoned architects who can bridge business and technology.
