We are seeking an experienced Lead Electronic Design Engineer / Electronic Design Manager to join a Cambridge based R&D company who are developing state-of-the-art medical devices technology. This position would suit a Principal Electronics Design Engineer / Lead Electronics Engineer who is skilled at hands on electronic design as well as leading projects and teams, ideally within medical devices.You will be a dynamic individual and looking to take the next step in your career. This integral role will see you become the figurehead for electronics design and development, running a small team and overseeing product development to launch, liaising with customers, fostering relationships, project management and being the conduit between the development team and senior stakeholders.In return you can expect a very competitive salary, bonuses, excellent benefits and first class R&D facilities.Lead Electronics Engineer requirementsExcellent academics – At least a 2:1 Degree in electronic engineering or physics or a relevant discipline from a top University.Skilled in project management.Experience working as a Technical Lead / Project Manager / Mentor.Recent and extensive experience in analogue and digital design.
