Lead Analytics ConsultantFully Remote (UK)£90,000–£100,000 + BonusTHE COMPANYThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-scaling data consultancy as their Lead Analytics Consultant — with a clear path to becoming their Practice Lead in the medium term. You’ll be joining a high-energy, high-growth environment where data and AI strategy sit at the heart of everything they do.THE ROLEYou’ll be the go-to person for clients who want to turn data into measurable results. Balancing strategy, client engagement and hands-on delivery, you’ll guide senior stakeholders from defining their goals through to implementing data-driven solutions.You will:Lead end-to-end data and AI strategy projects from scope to adoption.Run workshops with senior stakeholders to define priorities, metrics and success criteria.Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and technical solutions.Identify and redirect initiatives that aren’t delivering value to higher-impact opportunities.Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality and alignment with client goals.Mentor and develop junior consultants, lifting technical and consulting standards.Support business development by shaping solutions and bringing commercial insight to client meetings.YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEStrong experience leading analytics and data strategy engagements, ideally with exposure to AI/ML.Proven consulting and commercial acumen — comfortable with both technical teams and senior business leaders.Hands-on delivery capability with the ability to lead strategically.Passion for technology, AI and innovation; not necessarily deep coding expertise but able to spot where emerging tech adds value.
