Ladieswear Clothing Print and Graphic Designer – Role Overview*Only candidates with clothing graphic/prints design experience will be considered*We are working with a highly successful and fast-growing fashion company who are seeking a talented and creative Ladieswear Print and Graphic Designer to join a dynamic design team.In this role, you will focus on creating all-over prints, placement graphics, and print designs across our Ladieswear ranges. You will work closely with other designers, buyers, and production teams to ensure our prints and graphics are trend-forward, commercially viable, and aligned with brand aesthetics.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct trend and market research to identify new print and graphic directionsDesign all-over prints, placement prints, and graphic artworks for Ladieswear collectionsDevelop and complete tech packs for productionCollaborate with overseas factories to ensure accurate execution of designsInterpret and deliver design briefs to meet commercial and creative goalsParticipate in comp shopping and inspiration trips to stay on top of emerging trends and innovationsSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar print/graphic design role within the fashion industryStrong CAD skills with a high level of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopA strong commercial eye and passion for fashion and print trendsHighly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects to deadlinesStrong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and international suppliersAdditional InformationThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving, design-led company who offer a collaborative working environment and the chance to be part of an innovative and supportive team.
