K-People Europe is a recruitment consultancy specialized in Korean speaking jobs with a dedicated Korean recruitment consultant working in London since 2007. Our client, a global blue chip company, is looking for a Korean speaking Marketing Strategy Consultant.
Purpose of the job: The hiring department is a cornerstone of strategic execution and operational excellence within the organization. To further elevate its strategic capabilities and ensure alignment with overarching organizational goals, the Marketing Strategy Consultant will provide continuous support across key areas, including marketing strategy development, strategic documentation, project coordination, KPI management, best practice implementation, stakeholder engagement, and cost efficiency. The primary objective is to enable efficient operational outcomes while crafting mid-term roadmaps that enhance the department’s performance and future-proof its capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Support the creation and refinement of marketing strategies to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Deliverables: Comprehensive marketing strategy documents, actionable insights, and periodic strategy reviews.
- Strategic Documentation and Coordination: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of strategic initiatives and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. Deliverables: Detailed project plans, meeting minutes, and cross-functional coordination reports.
- Driver of Strategic Projects and Activity Outcomes: Execute strategic projects effectively, ensuring successful outcomes and alignment with departmental goals. Deliverables: Project deliverables, milestone tracking reports, and post-project evaluations.
- KPI Management and Control Tower Monitoring: Track KPIs, monitor project progress, and identify issues to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Deliverables: KPI dashboards, progress reports, and issue resolution plans.
- Best Practice Development and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement best practices across the department to ensure consistency and quality in all initiatives. Deliverables: Best practice guidelines, training materials, and quality assurance checklists.
- Enhanced Communication and Coordination: Streamline interactions with internal and external stakeholders to improve information flow and decision-making. Deliverables: Communication plans, stakeholder engagement reports, and feedback summaries.
- Efficient Task Management: Systematically manage administrative tasks, including ad hoc requests, to enhance operational efficiency. Deliverables: Task management logs, process optimization reports, and ad hoc request fulfillment records.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and support for departmental initiatives. Deliverables: Stakeholder mapping, engagement plans, and collaboration metrics.
- Cost Efficiency: Optimize processes to reduce administrative costs, enabling resource reallocation to high-impact strategic activities. Deliverables: Cost analysis reports, process improvement proposals, and resource allocation plans.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both Korean & English
- Must have minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant roles delivering marketing & business strategies
- Excellent analysis & reporting skills
- Excellent MS Office skills especially for MS Excel (conditional formatting, pivot table, V-lookup, formula set up)
- Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
Conditions:
- Job location: Chertsey, Surrey (on-site car park & free shuttle from/to Weybridge rail station)
- Job type: full-time & contractor for initial 12 months (subject to be extended)
- Hybrid: working from home 2 days per week
- Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week (some overtime work may be required for emergencies and projects)
- Annual basic salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
