We are therefore expanding our team by creating a super opportunity for a talented and experienced Kitchen Designer to join us. The role will involve designing, estimating, coordinating, and managing a portfolio of projects from start to finish.We are looking for passionate designers who have an eye for detail, a creative flair, are motivated to provide the very best customer experience, with a proven track record and experience with Compusoft Winner CAD or similar industry design software.You Will Be Responsible ForMaking a great first impression to clients visiting our flagship showroom with the ability to discuss & demonstrate products and answer general enquiriesOffering a consultative approach to customer briefs, demonstrating expertise by interpreting their requirements and delivering professional designs within the designated timescales.Organising, preparing for, and holding relevant meetings.Designing and estimating on CAD (Compusoft Winner) systems, along with producing high quality CGIs, presentations, and quotations.Presenting the design to the client and updating with any amendments.Utilising Microsoft Dynamics to manage design progress for internal and external stakeholders and assist with project management through to completionMaintaining close relationships with all the Operations and Sales Teams.The Successful Candidate Will Have/beCAD experience with Compusoft Winner – EssentialIT literate with strong Microsoft Office skillsAnalytical, strong written and verbal communicator and highly numerical.The ability to produce accurate work and possess a keen eye for detail.Highly organised and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A great personality, friendly nature and team player who has a strong work & moral ethic, is a must.Experience with high-end German and/or Italian kitchen manufacturersRewards & BenefitsThis role offers a great opportunity to work alongside some of the industry\’s most talented designers.
