Junior Talent Manager – Fashion & BeautyLocation: Central, London | HybridSalary: £35,000 Our client is seeking a Junior Talent Manager to support and manage a roster of fashion, beauty, and lifestyle creators. This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on experience with talent, campaigns, or influencer partnerships and is ready to take ownership of client relationships and day-to-day management.What you will be working on? – ResponsibilitiesServe as the day-to-day contact for assigned creators, managing communications, campaign planning, and overall workflowActively support talent with content scheduling, brand deliverables, and strategic planningBuild strong, trusting relationships with creators, offering guidance on brand alignment, audience development, and monetizationLead coordination of brand partnerships, including reviewing briefs, negotiating deliverables, and overseeing timelinesLiaise between clients, brand teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of partnershipsDraft and manage contracts, invoices, and campaign paperwork in coordination with internal legal or finance teamsRequirements1.5+ years experience within talent management – working with digital creatorsConfident communicator with the ability to manage relationships across talent, brands, and platformsDirect experience managing brand partnerships and handling contractual agreements in a talent-facing or agency roleDeep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and current trends in fashion, beauty, and lifestyleIf you think you\’re the right person for this role:APPLY HERE WITH YOUR CVSEND YOUR CV TO hello@sumo.london…and don\’t forget to follow us on LinkedIn and Instagram(@sumo.london) for Jobs & Industry NewsSUMO are an equal opportunities employer.
