We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Human Resources Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will ensure the smooth delivery of HR Service Centre transactions, resolving issues and queries from associates via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. You will handle a high volume of manual transactions and work with multiple systems to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR and payroll inquiries, delivering expert advisory services.
  • Log and manage cases in the HR case management system.
  • Complete system-based HR transactions in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Resolve queries from emails and telephone calls.
  • Provide consistent advice in accordance with HR policies and country legislation.
  • Support with sickness queries and create/issue contracts and letters as needed.
  • Ensure audit compliance for all processed transactions.
  • Prioritise transactions under the guidance of the HRSC Manager and Senior Advisors.
  • Maintain accuracy in all correspondence and stay updated on HRSC processes.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Senior Advisors, HRSC Manager, HRBPs, and ER for complex cases.
  • Support the upskilling of new team members.
  • Understand payroll processes and address frequently asked questions.
  • Create, sign, and terminate employment contracts and additional employee documents.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Assist other HRSC areas with calls and emails during peak periods.
  • Keep up-to-date with policy changes and legislation.
  • Ensure support materials are current.
  • Attend training and upskill sessions delivered by the HRSC Manager.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for HR system upgrades and new releases.

Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with high accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high customer service standards under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proficient in IT, with knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Positive and confident approach.
  • Ability to assess complex transactions and seek additional support when needed.
  • Ability to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • HR professional education or qualification is ideal.
  • Broad knowledge of HR processes in an HR Service Centre environment is advantageous.
