One of our clients currently seek a ITSM Engineer to join their dynamic team on an initial 6 month contract. This role is fully remote. Key components:Strong experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)Proficiency in scripting for automation and customization.Familiarity with API integrations and web services (REST/SOAP).Solid understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles.Experience with CMDB, asset management, and service catalog setup.Administer and support the ITSM platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization.Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional ITSM workflows.Manage and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.Should this role speak to you, kindly send a copy of your latest CV to naushad.c@rpint.com
