For our client, a global IT company, we are searching for an IT Hardware Buyer EMEA to join their business in the UK.Position Title:IT Hardware Buyer EMEAPosition TypeFTE 6 monthsStart Date:1st Sept, 2025Location:London, UKContact:Felix Ciumpileac | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 85Purpose of Role:Support hardware procurement in the EMEA region, improve Demand Response efficiency, and monitor delivery progressResponsibilities:Fully responsible for the company hardware purchase for EMEA regions.Complete supplier sourcing independently, respond to purchase requirements and release order quicklyManage supplier daily deliverables, conduct effective request management mechanisms , communicate with suppliers regularly, to ensure on-time delivery of requirementsImplement and optimize procurement processes to drive business with higher efficiency and lower cost.Minimum requirements:Bachelor\'s degree, with 3 years or above experience in procurement operation/planning.Master of end-to-end procurement activities, purchase to pay, and manage daily activities.Good understanding of procurement systems and tools, being able to quickly start and smooth use.Ability to work under stress,accept work across time zonesPreferred skills/qualifications:Bilingual speaker, fluent in English and MandrianProven experience as a Procurement Manager in IT procurement within a multinational organisation.In-depth knowledge of importing/exporting regulations, best practices, and marketing spend trends in the EMEA region.Great business acumen and logic, to organize variance business needs and requests, to implement sourcing strategy and process, define, and manage supplier pools to increase efficiency and control cost.Proven data analysis skills, managed contract organized.
