A Tier 1, award-winning M&E contractor is looking to bring in a Mechanical Estimator to support a growing pipeline of work across a range of building services projects. This is a role where you'll have real involvement in tenders—not just pricing, but helping shape competitive bids and seeing projects through from enquiry to submission.

Key responsibilities:

  • Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
  • Prepare take-offs and detailed cost plans
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
  • Identify risks and build commercially sound tenders
