Investor Relations Administrator£35,000 – £40,000West EndMeraki Talent is working with a long-established, close-knit Private Equity firm based in the West End.This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-paced Investor Relations team, working closely with corporate clients and investors, whilst providing seamless administrative support to the IR Executives.The role would suit someone with proven exposure within an Investor Relations team that brings impeccable attention to detail and a desire to develop a long-term career.Investor Relations Administrator ResponsibilitiesSupport the IR team in managing relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients.Assist in coordinating investor roadshows, conferences, group meetings, and ad hoc events (both in-person and virtual).Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant scheduling of meetings and distribution of materials.Prepare and maintain high-quality roadshow schedules, feedback reports, and CRM entries.Work with colleagues across IR, Equity Sales, Corporate Broking, and Corporate Advisory teams.Liaise confidently and professionally with C-Suite executives, investors, and other stakeholders.Safeguard sensitive information and ensure all activity aligns with regulatory requirements.Investor Relations Administrator Skills & Experience:Some prior exposure to Investor Relations, within an administrative function.Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and thrive during busy periods.Confident, professional, and outgoing personality — comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Why Apply?This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in Investor Relations within a collaborative, meritocratic environment.
