Compliance, Ethics Business & Regulatory InvestigationsOur global technology software client is looking for an investigations lawyer to join them initially for 3 months with possible extension up to 18 months. This is a full time contract position which can be performed remotely. What will the role involve?Conducting and support compliance misconduct investigations primarily in EMEA, managing document review, conducting interview, writing reports of investigation. What skills do you need?Minimum 5 years PQE.Experience with internal investigations focused on policy compliance and government investigations. Experience performing/leading internal investigations focused on compliance including anticorruption/antibribery. Experience conducting internal investigations for an in-house client from drafting investigation plan through drafting a report of investigation. Experience conducting investigation interviews and email/document review and sharing investigation outcomes with corporate stakeholders.
