Internal Recruiter (FTC – 3 months)Wimbledon - 3 days in office£30 - 45k basic + commission Harnham is the global leader in Data & Analytics recruitment, with offices across the UK, Europe, and the US. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to join us on a 3-month fixed term contract to support our growth plans by hiring recruiters into our teams as part of a business critical project. The roleYou’ll partner closely with our Head of People and Internal Recruitment function, focusing on sourcing, screening, and hiring recruiters across our international offices. This is a hands-on role, managing the full cycle from headhunting and outreach through to offer stage. This will be a combination of entry level and experienced hires. What we’re looking forProven experience recruiting recruiters – either in Rec2Rec or as an internal recruiter within an agency.Strong sourcing and headhunting skills with a proactive, network-driven approach.Able to juggle multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Confident communicator who can represent Harnham’s brand in the market.What we offerSalary: Basic starting from £30k up to £45,000 (DOE) plus commission 3-month fixed term contract, with potential to extendHybrid working – minimum 3 days a week in our Wimbledon HQThe chance to work on a business-critical project with exposure to senior leadershipIf you’ve got a track record in Rec2Rec or internal recruitment for recruiters, and want to play a key role in shaping our next phase of growth, we’d love to hear from you.
