This is a very rare opportunity for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who is looking to step away from a 360 desk to transition into an Internal Recruitment role. You will play a core part in the growth strategy for this very well respected international recruitment company, leading their talent acquisition initiatives globally and utilising your existing knowledge to network with experienced Recruitment Consultants and continue to build their successful team.The business:A globally respected Recruitment Company that has been leading the way in their sector for 17 years, they are financially stable, offer excellent job security and have high performing offices in London, Sydney and New York. They invest heavily in their people, it will be an easy sell to attract experienced talent via their internal recruitment function.The role:Location: Liverpool StreetSet up: Flexible Hybrid 2-3 days in officeSalary £30,000 base + CommissionOpportunity: 5 immediate hires to work on and a large hiring budget for 2026Expectations: 2 hires per monthReporting Line: Directly into the very well respected Exec Director of People and CultureWork closely with all internal stakeholders/ managers to understand the hiring needs and create attractive outreach campaignsDeeply integrate into the business to understand internal team cultures and working practicesAdvise on market trends and patternsContinuously networking with passive candidates and promoting the brandConduct all outreach, advertising campaigns and market mappingScreen candidates and arrange all internal interview and collate feedbackManage offers and work with the people function on successful onboardingThe ideal candidate:A current 360 recruitment consultant (2+ year experience) who would like to transition internallyA current TA for a recruitment business looking for a trusting, adult and flexible working cultureDeep knowledge of the role of a 360 recruitment consultantUnderstanding of Contract and Perm RecruitmentAbility to work with autonomy and no need for micromanagementComfortable with LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting cold candidate outreachSeeking a Hybrid roleAdvantageous but not necessary: Knowledge of Life Sciences or other highly regulated recruitment sectorsThis role will not be available long, interviews will begin 15th September 2025.All applications are treated with complete confidentiality.
