We are looking for a talented Internal Recruiter to join us at Anson McCade to help accelerate our growth across both our London and Belfast officesWe are a specialist IT executive search and headhunting company operating across the Technology and Capital Markets sectors. We work with a range of companies, innovative start-ups, to household names known across the globe. Operating from London, Belfast, Paris and Sydney, we have a global reach across the technology recruitment industry.We are looking for an Internal Recruiter who will drive recruitment practices, you will be able to shape the development of the team and the processes behind our recruitment strategyAs Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for:Managing the end to end recruitment process for all internal hires, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, delivering feedback and managing candidates throughout the processFocusing on strategic contingency recruitment to ensure there is a strong pipeline of talent available at all timesUse various recruitment methodologies, including proactive recruitment, to source talented individualsTraining and on boarding of new consultants, delivering and facilitating the AMC Training Programme for all new startersCollaborate with nationwide universities to strengthen existing relationships to ensure graduate recruitmentOur New Internal Recruiter will have:You will have experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including writing adverts, completing screening calls, carrying out interviews, delivering feedbackYou will have knowledge of the on boarding and training of new employeesYou must have great excel skills with the ability to analyse data and report on results to senior leaders. Attention to detail and organisation are key within this roleYou will have used an HRIS, ATS or other CRM system in your previous role(s)Ideally, you will be from a recruitment background and have experience working within a recruitment agencyAt Anson McCade, we pride ourselves on our collaborative culture, we are a sociable group and we need the right person to join the operational team to help us grow and develop further.
