This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the Board, Corporate Risk Group (CRG), and Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring our internal control frameworks are robust, future-ready, and aligned with strategic goals. The roleYou’ll lead the development and delivery of a strategic, risk-based audit plan aligned with Luxion Group’s objectives and regulatory duties. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Board, CRG, and ELT, you’ll provide independent assurance on governance, risk, and controls. You’ll manage and mentor a high-performing team, drive innovation in audit practices and technology, and ensure compliance with frameworks like Ofgem regulations, the Smart Energy Code, and ISO 27001. Your insights will help shape business decisions and strengthen internal processes.What We’re Looking ForAn experienced internal auditor, ideally in the energy or a regulated sector. You’ll have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through exceptional communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and audit/data tools is essential, along with knowledge of compliance frameworks.
