Deliver Strategic Change That Makes a DifferenceA rare opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Interim Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact strategic change within a forward-thinking and award-winning organisation in the investment and financial services sector – Pensions, Investments, Asset Management. This role is suited to an individual with a strong background in programme delivery and change leadership across complex environments, specifically with experience in pensions, investments or asset management.The Role – What You’ll Be DoingAs a Senior Programme Manager, you’ll oversee the full programme lifecycle—from planning and governance through to benefits realisation. Key responsibilities include:Providing clear and values-led leadership to ensure effective programme delivery and an enhanced colleague experience.Managing complex, multi-disciplinary strategic programmes from inception to completion.Developing and executing delivery plans that align with organisational goals.Leading stakeholder engagement and coordination across internal teams, external partners, suppliers and Board-level sponsors.Driving effective governance, assurance, reporting and benefits tracking through established frameworks.Promoting consistency in change delivery across the organisation through coaching, mentoring and knowledge sharing.Providing operational oversight and challenge to project sponsors and delivery teams.Overseeing risk identification, mitigation planning and issue resolution.Ensuring successful outcomes and seamless transition into business-as-usual operations.What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who combines big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery.
