Senior HRBP / Interim Head of People – TransformationLondon 3 days per week | 12-month FTC (£90-110k base) | Creative SectorA fast-growing, PE-backed business in the creative industries is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner / Interim Head of People to support its leadership team through a period of significant change. With a new CEO, new executive hires (CFO and CCO), and a transformation agenda underway, this role offers the opportunity to shape the people strategy at HQ level and partner closely with the C-suite.The opportunityAct as a consultant to senior executives, supporting the CEO, CFO and CCO in building out their teams and offices.Play a key role in implementing a new Target Operating Model, advising on talent allocation and organisational design.Partner with head office corporate functions, providing guidance across restructuring and change programmes.Work with the CEO to ensure the right people are in the right roles, pulling together talent, structure and process.Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery — from designing frameworks to tackling HR operations and data challenges.What we’re looking forGreat generalist experience in HR, ideally within creative industries (advertising, gaming, media, entertainment, etc.)Strong business partnering background with exposure to senior stakeholders in HQ/head office environments.Experience supporting / leading transformation, restructuring and TOM projects.A pragmatic problem solver with a consultancy style who can move between strategic and operational work. Act as sounding board for the C-Suite.Excited by working in a dynamic, PE-backed business undergoing change, with the credibility to advise C-suite leaders.Engagement£90-110k base salary, 12-month FTC (potential to go permanent).Hybrid: London Office 3 days per week.
