Role: Interim Recruiter Industry: Real EstateLocation: City of LondonSalary: Β£192 per day My client are looking for an immediately available Recruiter to join them as soon as possible on an interim basis for up to 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business and help them build new processes as well as focus on some important senior hires across the business. Therefore, experience in both operational and strategic recruitment is needed. You must have worked in an Internal Recruiter capacity, with ideally experience in some interim assignments and part of a standalone/small team, where you have to really hit the ground running. They are a client-facing company and incredibly collaborative, so therefore this role must be in the office 5 days a week. Working hours are 9-6pm with some flexibility. You will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process on some senior management hires, as well as leading on the onboarding process and involved in any potential employee relations issues. Experience dealing with agencies is key, with the ability to understand culture and strongly reflect the business to candidates. A quick learner, organised and savvy person is crucial for this role. Interviews will be taking place over the coming day and you MUST be available to start next week.
