Be at the heart of a major transformation.Our client, a globally recognised art gallery, is embarking on an exciting digital transformation journey – and are looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Interim Product Owner to lead the way.This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical finance system implementation, shaping the future of operations and unlocking scalable growth. Reporting to the Head of Transformation and working closely with the CFO and Global Head of Technology, you\’ll be pivotal in translating complex business needs into powerful technical solutions.What you’ll doOwn the vision for the new finance system, from discovery to implementation.Translate business needs into clear user stories and actionable plans.Lead the full project lifecycle, championing Agile ways of working.Drive alignment across stakeholders — from finance to IT to executive leadership.Ensure the system meets regulatory and operational requirements.Monitor performance post-launch and continuously improve the solution.Experience requiredProven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst delivering new business systems (ERP, accounting platforms, financial reporting tools etc) in an SME environment.Strong grasp of financial processes: GL, AP/AR, budgeting, and reporting.Agile mindset and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and financial software such as Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.Outstanding communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience with system integration, IT infrastructure, and software development projects.This is a hybrid role with the expectation that you will be in the London office 4 days per week. This role is outside of IR35.
