Interim Legal Counsel – Legal Operations | Technology Sector | London, OnsiteAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an interim Legal Counsel to join the EMEA Legal Operations team of a Fortune 50 technology company.This is a full-time, onsite role based in King’s Cross, London, and would suit a legally qualified professional (UK or EU qualified) with over 5 years’ experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, process and change management.Key Details:• Start date: Mid-July 2025• Duration: 6 months• Location: Onsite 5 days/week – King’s Cross, London• Experience required: Legal qualification + experience in legal/business operationsWhat you’ll be doing:• Supporting the rollout of the Global Master Retention Agreement (GMRA) across EMEA and APAC• Managing contract processes and internal systems• Delivering reports and MI for leadership teams• Leading on playbooks, process flows, and visualisation of workflows• Assisting with legal panel relationship management• Revamping internal hub sites and databases• Providing ad hoc project support across the legal ops functionWhat we’re looking for:• A qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience• Prior in-house or law firm background• Confidence using Google Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel• Familiarity with eBilling tools like Legal Tracker• Excellent organisational and process mapping skillsThis is a fast-paced, impactful role in one of the most influential technology companies globally.
