Interim FP&A Manager

£400 daily rate3-6 month contractPearse Professionals are working with a fast-growing, private equity-backed technology business, is seeking an experienced Interim FP&A Manager to support their expanding finance team during a period of rapid growth and change. Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in providing robust financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial models.Deliver clear, insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders and investors.Produce regular management reporting packs for the leadership team.Develop and improve reporting processes, dashboards and KPIs.Support the month-end close process and collaborate with the wider finance function.Provide ad hoc analysis and scenario modelling as required.Key Requirements:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Proven FP&A experience within a fast-paced environment, ideally in the technology sector.Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI is highly desirable.Experience with Oracle NetSuite is advantageous but not essential.Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
