This is an exciting time to join our senior leadership team.We’re seeking an experienced, senior HR practitioner who can support the organisation as it responds to the outcomes of an organisational review; it’s time to revisit our operating model to ensure it will continue to deliver our vision, purpose and strategy.In this role you will work with the Chief Executive, Senior Leadership Team and other colleagues to develop and deliver workforce plans and effective people management practices which will support the delivery of the organisation’s strategic priorities. You will also be responsible for the strategic overview and leadership of our HR, people strategy and organisational design team and activity.You will be a skilled strategic leader who understands organisational design, can work with complexity and knows the importance of structure and culture in delivering the organisation’s priorities. Experience in development and leadership of target operating models is essential.This is a role where you will have genuine impact and lead the planning, change and future shape of the organisation.
