Interim Chief Human Resources Officer – UK & EuropeRole Overview: Our mid to large cap Private Equity/Capital client is seeking an experienced interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead human capital management transformations across their portfolio companies. This role is pivotal in value creation realisation through executing operational and strategic and HR initiatives within large industrial and manufacturing companies in our client’s portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive talent strategies that align with the company\’s business objectives and growth plans.Organizational Design: Optimize organizational structures to enhance efficiency and support business transformation.Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.Risk Management: Oversee compliance and governance in HR operations, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Cultural Development: Foster a positive organizational culture that supports the company\’s values and strategic goals.Must have experience:Experience: Extensive experience in senior HR roles, specifically for private equity owned large cap industrial or manufacturing companies.Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven track record of driving HR initiatives in complex, multi-layered organizations.Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply strategic thinking to HR challenges and leverage innovative HR practices.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to foster a high-performing culture.Preferred Skills:Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and manage transitions effectively.Analytical: Strong analytical skills to assess and improve HR processes and strategies.Additional Information:Duration: Ongoing interim assignments , typically ranging from a few months to a year, dependant on portfolio requirementsLocation: Flexibility in location required, up to 50% travel at times.
