Rev & Regs are currently recruiting for an New Business Account Handler role for a Insurance company based in Colchester.The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound sales and service calls and outbound calling of new potential customers who have been quoted through our websites or following up on existing customers to discuss their renewal details.Responsibilities:Deliver new business sales from online and telephone-based enquiries.Work as part of a team to service our existing book of 50,000 customers.Renew existing customer policies through an established workflow process.Manage email communication with both new and existing policy holders.Experience required:You’ll have some previous experience working within a sales, telesales or telemarketing environment – either face to face or via telephoneExperience of working to sales or retention targets would be ideal.Strong sales, objection handling and negotiating skills as well as the ability to identify and cross sell other suitable products to warm customers.You’ll be a confident communicator and have a great customer focused approach.Experience in insurance or financial services preferred but not essential.Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 plus commissionStart: ASAPIf you are interested, please apply today – mark.worsfold@revandregs.com
