As an Insurance Administrator, you will be an important part of the Knight Square Insurance team, ensuring we are able to administer new business, mid term adjustments and renewals for our insurance customers. The Insurance Administrator will mainly focus on administration tasks, supported by the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the day-to-day administration of insurance.
- Preparing and issuing new business & renewal quotations.
- Ensuring stakeholders are regularly engaged and updated in a timely and professional manner.
- Dealing with client queries via multiple channels – e.g. email, telephone, post – in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Knight Square Insurance strategic and operational goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in the use of Microsoft applications; e.g. Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good attention to detail.
- Awareness of FCA obligations, relevant to insurance provision, would be advantageous but not necessary.
- Adaptable and able to work under pressure and to tight timelines.
