We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer with a strong Azure background and solid on-premises infrastructure experience. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on expertise across Microsoft technologies, cloud integration, and enterprise systems. You will play a key role in managing and enhancing our hybrid infrastructure stack, supporting business-critical systems, and helping to deliver technology transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage robust, scalable Azure cloud environments
- Implement, manage, and optimise Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Maintain and support Microsoft Dataverse, Logic Apps, and D365 Business Central integrations
- Provide advanced support across Active Directory, M365, Exchange, and Windows Server environments
- Manage hybrid infrastructure including VMware, SANs (iSCSI), and networking hardware (firewalls, routers)
- Administer RDS, SCCM, Intune, and support endpoint management
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administrative tasks
- Support SQL Server environments and ensure database reliability and performance
- Troubleshoot Microsoft OS and infrastructure-related issues
- Collaborate with IT Security, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure system integrity and compliance
- Document processes, configurations, and technical designs (including LLDs)
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills:
- Solid Azure experience (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Governance)
- Advanced knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory architecture and GPOs
- In-depth experience with Dataverse, Logic Apps, and Power Platform
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central exposure
- Strong firewall and router knowledge (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco)
- Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Exchange (on-prem and hybrid)
- VMware administration (vSphere, ESXi)
- Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Compliance & Security Centre)
- PowerShell scripting expertise
- Remote Desktop Services and SCCM/Intune management
- Microsoft SQL Server configuration and maintenance
- iSCSI SAN experience
