Are you a skilled and proactive Project Architect with a strong technical leaning? Ideally you will have at least 5–10 years of industry experience with strong project/package-running capabilities and a solid background in both design and delivery, particularly in façade remediation and new build schemes.This role involves leading technical aspects of façades and working on remedial projects while contributing to broader design work. Day to day you’ll collaborate closely with senior colleagues and external consultants, managing projects from concept through to completion. While Revit proficiency is important, in the main, as the ideal person you will have robust construction knowledge and a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations.Your role will involve supporting the Principal Designer on select projects and you will help mentor junior team members.
