Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the block management department.
- Manage and develop a small portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance, maintenance, and client satisfaction.
- Supervise and support one property manager, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development.
- Review and implement processes and procedures for efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients and leaseholders.
- Proven experience in residential block management.
