We’re pleased to be recruiting for an HV Operations Director / Manager to join a fast growing Engineering business established 20 years ago. The business is firmly ingrained in some key projects across the UK, specialising in providing Electrical & Instrumentation services across the project lifecycle in Power & Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, and Commercial & Industrial sectors.
You will help to develop and grow the market presence of this highly rated business across the HV operations market in the UK. This is a genuine leadership opportunity and the chance to shape the division, working closely with the leadership team.
Location: UK North East or remote
Salary / package: Negotiable
You will be heavily involved from both a project delivery and commercial perspective, working closely with the leadership team to build on existing relationships and projects the company is currently involved in and expanding their suite of services.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with bids/tenders team to price potential opportunities/projects accordingly.
- Working closely with clients to ensure project deliverables expectations are aligned and can be met.
- Assisting the operations team in ensuring scopes of work are clear, and adequate labour is resourced and in place for jobs.
- Holding overall accountability for HV projects across the UK.
Key skills:
- Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent technical or operational degree.
- Demonstrated background in HV operations across the UK.
- Strong communicator able to liaise with various stakeholders inside and outside of the business.
