Are you passionate about people, performance and purpose? A respected professional services firm is seeking a talented HR Officer to join their high-performing Human Resources team. As HR Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering a high-quality, generalist HR service across the firm. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll support the full spectrum of HR responsibilities - from compliance to wellbeing and engagement.

Responsibilities of the HR Officer:

  • Provide support across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, absence and performance management
  • Champion employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives aligned with company values
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and regulatory obligations
  • Contribute to HR projects, policy updates, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements for the HR Officer:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar HR Officer or generalist role
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and experience using HRIS platforms
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • CIPD qualification (full or part) and experience in a professional services environment are highly desirable
