Our client is looking for a highly skilled HRIS Manager to drive the strategic management, optimization, and continuous enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • This role will oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integrations, data integrity, and compliance while enhancing HR operational efficiency.
  • Working closely with HR, IT, and external vendors, the HRIS Manager will lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training to support the company’s evolving needs.

Key skills required:

  • This position requires strong technical expertise in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Candidates must have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, along with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR processes and IT systems.
  • Experience with specific HRIS platforms, like SAP SuccessFactors, is essential.
  • Proven experience with HRIS implementation and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
