The role will support the P&O function and will assist in executing the P&O strategy and initiatives including (but not limited to) training, talent management, organisational development, people manager capability building, and performance management, benefits. Additionally, the role will provide quality P&O compliance, administrative and reporting support to the P&O team.Your responsibilities: Proactive provide ideas and create solutions for various P&O related matters.Lead or support various P&O Projects.Provide support on employee relation mattersStrategically analyse data to make recommendations which influence the P&O StrategyHelp prepare P&O presentations used for regional business reviews, all employee townhalls and other critical eventsProvide support to line managers regarding employee Lifecyle matters in close collaboration with P&O BP and Cluster TA PartnerCo-create and execute plans to drive cultural plansCreate internal communications for all audiences on P&O topics.
