SRG is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical organisation to recruit a Facilities & Utilities Engineering Lead—a key leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless site operations, compliance, and continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact opportunity where you'll lead utilities and facilities strategy, manage supplier performance, and drive operational excellence across a complex manufacturing site. What You'll Be Doing
- Leading Facilities & Utilities operations to ensure reliability, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Managing and optimising on-site service contracts (e.g., security, catering, FM services)
- Driving procurement and supplier performance improvements across utilities and facilities
- Overseeing maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle management
- Ensuring full compliance with UK regulatory and legislative requirements
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and delivering financial efficiency
- Monitoring KPIs, analysing trends, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Facilities & Utilities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environment
- Strong expertise in HVAC systems (design, installation, upgrades, and CI)
- Experience managing external vendors and service contracts
