About the Role
As the HubSpot Enablement Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of HubSpot across the business. From onboarding and training to optimising campaign performance, you’ll ensure HubSpot becomes a seamless, high-impact tool for marketing, sales, and network engagement teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalised onboarding and ongoing training for HubSpot users.
- Promote HubSpot adoption by embedding best practices and aligning usage with team processes.
- Manage inbound HubSpot-related requests and route enquiries appropriately.
- Track and analyse marketing campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Analytics.
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience administering HubSpot (or a similar CRM) in a B2B environment.
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot tools including templates, workflows, sequences, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a self-starter attitude.
- Understanding of CRM architecture, campaign performance tracking, and data structures.
- Experience with workflow automation within a marketing/sales cycle.
