I am delighted to support an outstanding business based in the heart of London in recruiting an HRIS Project Manager. This role will support the global implementation of a tier-1 product (i.e., SuccessFactors, etc) across a multi-module rollout within a complex environment. This role is central to driving process improvements, business change, and technology adoption across the global HR function.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of proven tier-1 HR technology implementations, working as the lead, and working within the professional or financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the end-to-end HRIS implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define and enforce project governance, managing stakeholder expectations at all levels.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to shape HR transformation strategies.
- Lead process redesign, ensuring optimization of HR operations, reward, and talent management.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and external delivery teams.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Experience in Tier 1 professional services or complex global organizations.
- Proven track record managing SuccessFactors implementations internationally.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems, process automation, and HR technology.
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across global locations.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and change management skills.
The role offers a competitive package of up to £100,000 p.a. on a permanent basis + bonus and benefits. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
