Catalyst Partners have partnered with a well known retail business to source a HRIS & Payroll Manager on a fixed term basis for their London offices.The role requires an experienced Payroll leader with technical exposure to HRIS systems.Based in London – Hybrid working.6 month FTC.Up to Β£90,000 plus bonus & benefits.The RoleOversee end to end Payroll process and delivery whilst managing the wider team.Lead on optimization & configuration for HRIS system.Oversee Benefits including pensions.Ensure data security, integrity and compliance across all functions (Payroll, Bens & HR systems)Set up Bi-Monthly & quarterly surveys across the board with HR leaders.RequirementsProven experience managing Payroll, Benefits and HRIS.Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation.Ability to be hands on and manage multiple stakeholders/projects at once.Experience with HRIS platforms and reporting tools.Please reach out to Taylor if you have any questions – Thank you!
