This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate management, and exposure to international hiring practices. It is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition within a global organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain candidate communication.Help maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.Support the team in creating job descriptions and offer letters.Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.RequirementsPursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Comfortable working remotely with international teams.Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.Passion for pursuing a career in recruitment or HR.What You’ll GainHands-on exposure to domestic and international recruitment practices.Experience in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.Mentorship from experienced HR professionals.Internship completion certificate and recommendation letter based on performance.Flexible working hours in a global remote setup.
