What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the friendly first point of contact for HR queries and guidance.
- Coordinating employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, induction, benefits, training, appraisals, and offboarding.
- Managing and updating personnel records and HR systems (SLAM Tracker).
- Supporting the planning and delivery of learning and development events across all levels—from interns to senior management.
- Producing insightful L&D reports and helping shape internal training programmes.
- Organising training logistics, preparing materials, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborating with teams across the business—including Line Managers, Finance, Payroll, and Marketing.
What You’ll Bring:
- CIPD Level 3 or higher.
- 1–2 years in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Experience with HR systems (Dayforce would be a big plus).
- Passion for people, performance, and continuous learning.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
- A full UK driving licence and valid passport (for occasional travel).
